Sourcing The Copyright Free Soundtrack

I had forgotten to include key points when emailing regarding permission, therefore i emailed again, this is a screenshot of the second email:

Given the fact that the music i wanted to use for a soundtrack hadn't actually been released (It was uploaded onto the artists website with a choose-what-you-pay method) this meant the rights were only with the artist. I contacted him through his website explaining i wanted permission for a non-profit film trailer for college (with the rights being with the artist, online communication was the only option, appose to perhaps a more formal letter of proposal etc). Below are screenshots of the emails sent and received.
